Dr. McGettigan (now Williams) in my experience has been totally approachable, listened to my concerns and explained thoroughly her diagnosis and treatment. She makes one feel you can trust her completely, which puts you at ease from the moment you meet her. She is a terrific asset to the practice.

Dr Helen is an outstanding doctor who is always willing to listen to you and understands your needs and concerns. She also is up-to-date with treatments and current trends and research. Dr Helen diagnosed my heart murmur and more recently CRPS. I trust her completely and would be devestated if she left the surgery as she is a great asset and role model for Northdown Surgery.
